If you would like to correspond with someone for support, encouragement, and information about perinatal mood and anxiety disorder resources in Illinois,  our email support volunteers can be contacted at support@ppdil.org and will respond to your request as quickly as they are able to. Support volunteers are not able to give clinical, medical, legal, or religious advice.


Telephone Support

If you would like to have telephone support from one of our volunteers please email support@ppdil.org and we will organize one of our volunteers to call you back for mom-to-mom support but if you are experiencing severe symptoms and want to speak to someone in person the NorthShore University HealthSystem 1-866-364-MOMS (1-866-364-6667) hotline is answered live 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by caring, non-judgmental licensed mental health professionals.
